Celestial Hearts Home Care & Nursing is a family-led, NDIS-registered provider delivering high-quality, person-centred support across Melbourne, Victoria. Founded by Paola, a highly experienced nurse with 28 years in aged care and community health, and her daughter Celeste, a Registered Nurse with 3 years of community nursing experience and numerous years in disability support, we combine deep clinical knowledge with a fresh, community-focused perspective.
